North Coast Republican Club of San Diego County Will Endorse Candidates, Organize Local Grass Roots, and Keep Members Current on Political Issues

Coastal Cities--Following several months of organizational meetings, over fifty Republicans from throughout coastal North County have formally established the North Coast Republican Club of San Diego County. The club will raise money for Republican candidates and causes, provide opportunities for members to meet with Republican office holders and other leaders to voice their concerns, hold pre-election candidate fora, and organize social events.

"The North County Coast of San Diego County finally has a place for all Republicans in the area to go to get involved," said Craig Nordal, president. "If you're a Republican and you're looking for a way to make a difference, I encourage you to attend one of our meetings. We are a political action committee and intend on becoming a strong voice for the Republican majority in San Diego County with our elected officials." "It's important for people to know that this is not going to be a debating society or a dinner club," said Saul Lisauskas, vice president. "We will be deciding the future leadership of north coastal cities, the county, and the state through active fundraising and get out the vote efforts. If you're tired of a lot of the nonsense taking place in our state, this is your chance to do something about it."

While not formally affiliated with the county, state, or national Republican parties, the North Coast Republican Club hopes to work closely with each of those organizations to increase involvement and to ensure that Republicans get elected to public office, both here locally and at the state-level.

The North Coast Republican Club of San Diego County meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month in Encinitas at 6:00 p.m.
